Not sure if it’s a bug but I have trouble both uploading and replying with my pics.I can see those pics in my Glowfoto album.
Keep getting this:
“Error
Something went wrong and your photo was not uploaded.You can try again.”
Great concept, but the program runs slow. And it crashes a lot. I haven’t been able to get it to load with my last three attempts.
I love zen jar and I hope photozen becomes more stable in future.
@Joywalker – when you get that message, your photo is still in your album? Is that what you are saying?
@Nik – it always takes me a bit to get these things right. Bear with me, I’ll make it perfect!
It takes like 10 seconds for the image to display after I click it, maybe you can make the little thumbnail wiggle more or something while the bigger one is downloaded… it’s nerve racking not getting any kind of feedback that the app registered my click… other than that I like the concept.
Hi! I’m a big fan of Zen Jar and recently upgraded from the free version to the paid app to support the developers. However, I have a nice Karma rating on the free app and it seems I will have to start over with the paid version. Is there a way to transfer the info from one to the other? It’s not a huge deal if i have to start from scratch, but it’s be nice if those who upgrade could keep their rating. Thanks!
@ A Little Frustrated – I have a fix for it. Unfortunately, Apple is completely screwing me and PhotoZen by delaying the updates. The first update is STILL pending approval after 3 weeks. If they speed things up, I will be able to fix these issues, and that one is on the list for sure.
@ Dean – Your karma should have transferred over. The only way it wouldn’t have would be if you bought an entirely new device.
I’m freakin out, can’t log in, it’s been 4 days! Every time it starts loading……. Crash home page here I come! It’s makin me sad! Just curious what’s up?
@ Heather – everything seems to be running ok. If the app crashes, that means for some reason your phone can’t connect to the server. But everything has been up and running fine for at least the last 4 days. Are you on wi-fi or 3G? Usually 3G is more reliable than wi-fi for some people.
I am mo longer getting any zen or replies from posted pix. This happened once before and to “fix” it I had to delete the app and my glowphoto acc. Can you help?
@ James – sounds like your account got banned.
@strom. I thought that the first time, there may have been some questionable things here and there. How can I find out if and why I may be banned. Is that something I can contest?

Can you make it so that if someone replies to you, you can find the last photo they sent, to carry on the conversation, just like in Zen Jar?

I only wonder why I only get portrait mode photos? Most of my photos are in landscape mode and I wonder how they show up at the other end…
When I clicked the Last button in a reply I saw my pic scaled out of proportion.
Can you tell me about this please?
Just got PhotoZen yesterday and it works exactly as advertised on my iPhone 3GS. I’m having loads of fun with this app! Great to just pick up when there’s not a lot going on. (G) Thanks a lot!
I just got the app and really like it, and have one suggestion / comment. It would be good if once you have tapped a thumbnail and got the full size pic, you could return it to your tree to reply later. There’s been a couple of pictures where I’ve thought of a perfect reply but haven’t been in the right place at that point in time to take the pic! Unless I’m missing something…?
I am using it for over 3 weeks now and I must say that I still like it and use it every day! Ok… and it’s cool to have good karma
I also had to get used to the portrait mode because when I compose my own photo the border is more square. So for a landscape you have to resize your photo to get it filled into the border.
It would be nice if you could rotate (and be able to switch back to the received pic) so you can make a better crop!

since one week, the zen level decreaes!?!?looks like if someone gives good karma it i loose points.
this is not very important, but you should know, that somtehing seens not to work…
Why are flagged photos still getting through? I have flagged several Porno photos and still get the same ones daily from the same people. Is there also a way where people know who gave them which Karma rating?
Hi, I the app & worked fine for a few days. But today unable to log in (2/16/10) reinstalled but still having error. Wondering if anyone else has issue? Thank you.
